Prodigi Smart Controller

Prodigi Smart Controller is a computerized interface outfitted with a full color touch screen that makes embroidering items easier than ever. With it, you can load designs and then choose from large color thumbnails to select theone you want. Once the design is selected, you can assign colors to sections with a simple touch of the screen and then digitize names and letter patterns while the machine is running. Fonts, text paths, size, and spacing are also controlled using this simple interface.

Bridge Style Construction

There are two ways in which to construct an embroidery machine. One is the arm style and the other is a bridge style. Many of the multi-head models in the industry offer either type of machine. The bridge machine is always the most desirable and more expensive of the two because it allows for a garment to be draped through to the rear of the machine such as a jacket or blanket. Additionally, the bridge design is a heavier duty construction, which results in a lower vibration than found on virtually every other machine in the market.

Solid Steel Rotary Hook Gearing

Located in the back of the machine the rotary hook makes your Prodigi embroidery machine resilient to loose timing. It's one of the most important parts of the machine to be durable.

Independent Pressure Foot Design

Helps to maintain the ability to run the machine in the case where the operator strikes a hoop and damages the foot.

The Rigid Chassis Stand

This feature bolts directly to the frame of the machine and will balance out vibration . The stand also detaches when the need to move the machine arises. Casters are equipped on all the stands for mobility.

Rotary Style Thread Break Sensors

Will stop the machine at any time a stitch is not made for whatever reason. If the bobbin runs out, the upper thread breaks, the needle breaks, or anything else that causes the machine not to make stitches. It even will back itself up to ensure that you don't miss a stitch.

The Monitor Controller

Makes it simple to see the design and exactly where you are stitching at any given point in the design. You can navigate forward and backwards in slow or fast mode. The large 9" color monitor allows for great visibility - it aids the operator in reading the design.

Direct Connect Software

Included feature so that you can run without the hassle of using diskettes if you prefer. High-speed download rate makes transfer time quick and effective.

Easy-to-Use Color Monitor

With the color monitor, selecting colors for embroidery designs has never been easier. Along with the color monitor, the control panel is also color coded to make finding the right function easy.
