Andrea's in-depth knowlege of the design process was matched by her ability to relate the material in a manner easily understood. James was able to answer any question I threw out, and took me from software download - to machine threading - to hooping - and then sending the design to the machine. And, they both taught me in a very thorough yet relaxed way. I truly appreciate that kind of training.

I have my loaner machine set up in the "Living Room turned Work Room" and my Starter Kit arrived last week. Things are shaping up nicely and I am looking forward to seeing everyone again for Advanced Training on the 14th. See you then!
